Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation (decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 202 dated 16.02.2011 "About some questions of the journey of students," the decision of the Brest regional Council of deputies from 06.03.2018 No. 7 "On additional measures on social support of students", the decision of the Pinsk regional Council of deputies № 2-05 from 04.05.2018 "On additional measures on social support of students", the decision of the Ivanovo regional Council of deputies No. 32 of 27.12.20218 "On additional measures on social support of students") students have the right to free travel only in the period from 1 September to 30 June.
Therefore, in the period from 01.07.2020 for 31.08.2020 the right of free passage in road transport students will not be provided, regardless of whether the reference and the specified in it expires.
